Lisa Hanson Kaltenbach You are not alone and you are not overreacting or making your kids scared. Bottom line is that you are trying to keep them alive. You are their best advocate and they cannot control their surroundings. People just do not understand. By the way, if you made them do something they did not feel comfortable with, then you would be scaring them!! You are showing them how to say "no", which is something that our children NEED to learn how to do in order to advocate for themselves! Huge hugs to you and keep on doing an amazing job!!
