new things

today jake tried puffs for the first time. he liked them, but not trying to put little puffs in his mouth. and he can multi-task with lots of concentration - clapping and chewing at the same time...it was a tiring day. jake is holding himself up at the music table pretty well now. crawling forwards still slowly, but faster backwards.

haley is speaking better every day. she is saying full long sentences, using more words and being really clear.

her new past time is now play-doh. she has just discovered princesses. we'll see what happens with that. she has just been pointing them out so far.

we have a fun weekend planned. we are getting ready for the cold weather and setting up some fun stuff for the basement. (a swing, ladder and some rings) we will post photos and video once we have them up. might be next weekend, but we have started our little project basement so we can play in the basement more when it gets cold.
