jake did great at his 9 mos check up. he got his flu shot and caught up on a shot he missed. one cry and he was fine. not bad for his nap time.
daddy and mommy also got flu shots.
weight 18 lbs 11 oz
height 27 and 3/4 inches
head 16 inches
average and pretty similar to what haley was. haley was 20 lbs. (one pound more and an inch shorter) that must be why we can see jake's neck. he's taller and a pound lighter.
we found out haley was allergic at 9 mos. i was a bit nervous about the flu shot, but since we had jake tested it was ok.
jake is getting super fast at pulling himself up in the crib. so we are going to have to drop it all the way down. he loves pulling himself up now and can stand for a long time. he loves his music table and can play for a good amount of time. it's so fun to watch him explore this whole world that he was seeing, but couldn't get to and now he can get to.
haley is also having so much fun telling him what everything is and trying to teach him. she is also being very good (most of the time) about sharing or at least 'trading' toys. that's her new thing. if he has something she wants she'll go find something similar and swap him. he hasn't started protesting yet.
