One great thing about h being sick is that she got to see all the people bringing their bags and bags of gifts to the families they sponsored. It was amazing to see her face so happy for the kids that will be getting new gifts.
We sponsored a family this year. A dad and three daughters. Kids picked out the gifts. And we talked about helping families who weren't as lucky as us. We got them ice skates and movie tickets. Haley got to come to drop off. She got to see all the families that were helping other families. It warmed
My heart to see her excited for other kids to get new gifts and feel good about doing something good.

Do it. Because there was tape and paper every where. And I like neat wrapping but that's also part of the whole holidays :)
