jake got in his first fist fight today in the park. i stood back for a second to see what would happen when a 5 yr old boy scratched jake. then pushed him. jake hit him (while holding teddy and keeping his paci in) and then the boy pushed him again and jake hit him again. then both parents intervened. jake will be 2 in january. this boy was 5 maybe 5.5. and double jake's size. so proud he held his own, but also don't want him to get picked on.
haley also had many people wanting to ride her trike at the park. she did a great job sticking up for herself and sharing.
tough kids, but not too tough :) it was another beautiful day.
