9-1-1 does call back

we had a little road trip to champaign yesterday to visit a friend for his birthday. we had a great time and a great trip. even through rain. the kids were great in the car and everything...jake was playing with mike's locked phone. and then all of a sudden mike's phone rang. mike picked up and it was a dispatcher from 911. i guess apparently you can dial out 911 through a locked phone. good to know. and they call back right away when you hang up. so now we know jake can call 911. good to teach them young.
