this is our morning....

haley wakes up around 7am and sits up and waits for us to come up and get her. i walk in with jake and say morning. she jumps out of bed asking for her princess shoes.

it takes awhile to get both kids dressed and ready in the morning.

then we get ready.

after breakfast the kids play and i dry my hair really quickly. as i was drying my hair jake walks up to me holding a diaper. i check to see if he's dirty and he has a stinky diaper. i know genius....not me for checking his diaper, but jake for bringing his diaper to me and telling me he was stinky. he's so smart...he's not going to sit in his poo longer than he has to.

they are now playing nicely. but by the end of the day it's not so nicely. the other day was the first time i have ever really had to break up a fight fight. haley hit him in the face with aboard book and he hit her back in the nose. time outs and screaming followed.

today is gymnastics day. they are both excited to jump in the foam pit. and so am i.
